The Oxidative Stress TF Activation Profiling Plate Array from Signosis is designed to enable researchers to monitor the activity of 16 different transcription factors that are involved in the cellular response to oxidative stress. These TFs include AP1, ATF4, CBF/NFY, EGR1, ETS, FOXO1, HIF, HSF, IRF, NFAT, NFkB, NRF2/ARE, p53, Smad, SRF, and Stat3. By monitoring the activity of these TFs, researchers can gain insights into how cells respond to oxidative stress and potentially identify new targets for therapeutic intervention in diseases associated with oxidative stress.
