Principle 

This HRP-based enhanced chemiluminescent (ECL) substrate enables highly sensitive detection of HRP activity with minimal background. Upon reaction with horseradish peroxidase, the substrate produces a strong, stable light signal suitable for detecting protein–DNA interactions via biotin-streptavidin-HRP systems. Its optimized formulation ensures consistent, high-contrast readouts across transcription factor assays and other chemiluminescent applications.
