Hi-T7 RNA Polymerase is a genetically modified version of wild-type T7 RNA polymerase. It has improved thermal stability and can efficiently perform in vitro transcription at temperatures ranging from 37-52°C. It retains over 50% activity even at 50°C, whereas the wild-type enzyme is inactive at this temperature. The enzyme is expressed and purified from recombinant Escherichia coli, offering strong thermal stability, high sensitivity, and robust transcription capability. This product is free from nucleases contamination.
