This liquid growth medium is a complete formulation optimized for performing assays on Hormone Receptor Reporter cells (e.g. estrogen receptor, cat# SL-0002). It consists of RPMI-1640 supplemented with 0.5% charcoal-stripped FBS, which will reduce background signal created by standard FBS.
