Signosis is committed to providing reliable, high‑quality products for your research. If there is a problem with your order, we will work with you to find a fair and timely solution.

This policy applies to products purchased directly from Signosis (our website, sales team, or official quotes). If you purchased through a distributor or reseller, please contact them directly for return and refund information.

Because many of our products are temperature‑sensitive or customized, returns are limited.

  • All returns must be pre‑approved by Signosis.

  • Products must be stored and handled according to the instructions provided with the item.

  • Opened, used, modified, or expired products, as well as custom or made‑to‑order items, are generally not returnable.

If you are unsure whether a product can be returned, please contact us before sending anything back.

 

Reporting issues

To help us resolve issues quickly, please contact us within the time frames below:

  • Order errors or shipping damage: within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Product quality or performance concerns: within 30 days of delivery, or as soon as you reasonably discover the issue.

When you contact us, please have your order number, product name and catalog number, lot number, and a brief description of the issue. For performance concerns, we may ask for experimental details so our technical team can help troubleshoot.
 

Our resolution process

If we determine that there is an issue with a Signosis product or with how your order was fulfilled, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a credit for the affected item.

In most cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the issue is due to a Signosis error. For returns requested due to ordering errors or changes of mind (where allowed), you may be responsible for shipping charges and a restocking fee.
