These substrates are extensively validated with our Luciferase Reporter Stable Cell Lines, reporter vectors, and other commercial systems using these luciferases. Designed for ease of use and reliable performance, they support a wide range of gene expression and cellular pathway studies

Principle 

Our Firefly luciferase substrate is based on D-luciferin and produces a stable glow-type signal, ideal for high-throughput screening applications. The Gaussia luciferase substrate, using coelenterazine, generates an exceptionally bright flash-type signal, with greater intensity than Firefly or Renilla luciferase. These substrates are extensively validated with our Luciferase Reporter Stable Cell Lines, reporter vectors, and other commercial systems utilizing these luciferases, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. They are formulated for outstanding stability—maintaining performance for at least 48 hours at room temperature and a minimum of 4 weeks at 4°C. Their one-solution format simplifies workflows, reduces variability, and enhances reproducibility across luciferase-based assays.
