We offer highly sensitive, ready-to-use one-solution substrates for detecting Firefly, Renilla, and Gaussia luciferase. In particular, our Firefly and Gaussia substrates have been extensively validated with our Luciferase Reporter Stable Cell Lines, as well as our reporter vectors and other commercial products utilizing these luciferases. Our substrates demonstrate exceptional stability, maintaining their efficacy at room temperature for at least 48 hours and at 4°C for a minimum of 4 weeks.

The Firefly luciferase substrate, based on D-luciferin, provides a stable glow-type signal ideal for high-throughput screening. For Gaussia luciferase, our coelenterazine-based substrate offers a super bright flash-type signal with superior intensity compared to both Firefly and Renilla luciferases.
