Signosis’ Apoptotic Caspase Detection Combo Kit provides a comprehensive solution for measuring key caspases in different sample types including blood, cells, and tissue. The activity of caspase-3, caspase-8, and caspase-9 is measured by utilizing a unique fluorogenic substrate to detect each protease. This kit provides enough reagent to measure 100 samples each for caspase-3/7, caspase-8, and caspase-9.

This kit is optimized for manual liquid handling. For automated liquid handling platforms, additional reagent volume may be required to compensate for instrument-specific dead volumes or priming requirements.
