This liquid growth medium is a complete formulation optimized for plating Hormone Receptor Reporter cells (e.g. estrogen receptor, cat# SL-0002) before performing the assay. It consists of RPMI-1640 supplemented with 1% penicillin-streptomycin, and 10% charcoal-stripped FBS, which will reduce background signal created by standard FBS.
