Anti-mitochondrial M2 (AMA-M2) autoantibodies target components of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex and are highly specific markers of primary biliary cholangitis. Signosis has developed a mouse Anti-AMA-M2 ELISA kit to support detection of disease-associated autoantibodies in murine models of autoimmune liver disease.
