Forkhead in rhabdomyosarcoma (FKHR) is a transcription factor that is involved in regulating a wide range of cellular processes, including cell cycle control, apoptosis, stress resistance, metabolism, and development. The FKHR luciferase reporter vector is designed to study the transcriptional activity of FKHR. The vector contains an FKHR DNA consensus binding site and TA minimal promoter upstream of a firefly luciferase reporter gene, which can specifically report FKHR activity while maintaining a low basal level of transcription.
