Forkhead box D1 (FOXD1) is a transcription factor that plays an important role in developmental processes, including the development of the kidney, somitic mesoderm, and other tissues. The FOXD1 luciferase reporter vector is designed to study the transcriptional activity of FOXD1. The vector contains a FOXD1 DNA consensus binding site and TA minimal promoter upstream of a firefly luciferase reporter gene, which can specifically report FOXD1 activity while maintaining a low basal level of transcription.
