Simultaneously profile 16 key RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) that control mRNA splicing, stability, translation, and microRNA biogenesis, all in a single experiment.

 

This plate-based chemiluminescent RNA EMSA array combines 16 optimized RNA probes, each designed to capture a specific RBP activity, including ARE binders (HuR, TTP, AUF1), iron regulators (IRP1/2), splicing factors (PTBP1, SRSF1, NOVA), translational regulators (Pumilio, CELF1, HCV IRES–binding factors), and developmental / neurodegeneration-related RBPs (LIN28A, TDP‑43, Smaug, Staufen, SLBP).

 

Using standard non-radioactive EMSA conditions, the array allows you to monitor changes in RBP activity directly from cell or tissue lysates under different treatments, disease models, or genetic perturbations.
