2-glycoprotein I (2-GP1) is a major target of autoantibodies in antiphospholipid syndrome and lupus-associated thrombosis. IgG antibodies to 2-GP1 are strongly associated with clinical disease manifestations. Signosis has developed a mouse Anti-2-GP1 IgG ELISA kit to support detection of pathogenic autoantibodies in murine models of thrombosis, vascular inflammation, and systemic autoimmunity.
