Cyclic citrullinated peptides (CCP) are generated through post-translational modification of proteins and serve as highly specific autoantigens in rheumatoid arthritis. Anti-CCP antibodies are predictive of disease severity and progression. Signosis has developed a mouse Anti-CCP ELISA kit for the sensitive detection of anti-CCP antibodies in murine serum, enabling research on autoimmune arthritis pathogenesis and therapeutic development.
