gp210 is a nuclear pore complex protein and a well-established autoantigen in autoimmune cholestatic liver diseases. Anti-gp210 antibodies are associated with disease severity and progression. Signosis has developed a mouse Anti-gp210 ELISA kit to enable detection of these autoantibodies in mouse serum for liver autoimmunity research.
