HCC827 is a human non‑small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell line derived from lung adenocarcinoma. It carries an EGFR exon 19 deletion, which makes it highly sensitive to EGFR‑targeted inhibitors and widely used in studies of lung cancer biology, drug response, and signaling pathways. HCC827 cells grow as an adherent epithelial monolayer and are commonly used as a model for EGFR‑driven tumor research.
