The Mitochondrial UPR TF Activation Profiling Plate Array developed by Signosis, Inc. is a useful tool for monitoring the activation of various transcription factors that are involved in the mitochondrial unfolded protein response (UPRmt). This assay can simultaneously detect the activation of 16 different transcription factors that are known to be involved in the UPRmt, which can help researchers to gain a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms that underlie this important stress response pathway.
