The pLenti-MSCV-EGFR-GFP-HYG vector is a lentiviral transfer construct designed for stable overexpression of mutant EGFR (L858R) fused to GFP, with hygromycin selection. This vector does not include a FLAG tag, enabling expression of EGFR in its native conformation while allowing fluorescent tracking.
