Signosis' EL-005 is an HCC827 stable cell line expressing EGFR with the exon 19 deletion (del747-753InsS). The cell line was generated using the MigR1 vector with an MSCV-IRES-EGFP retroviral construct. GFP fluorescence enables efficient selection by FACS. Clones were validated by PCR sequencing and Western blot. This cell line supports studies on tumor susceptibility and screening of EGFR TKIs.
