Signosis' EL-001 is a Ba/F3 stable cell line established with an empty vector as a control for HA-tagged EGFR-expressing Ba/F3 lines including WT, L858R, and L858R/T790M mutants. These lines support studies on tumor susceptibility to EGFR TKIs such as gefitinib and erlotinib.
