Signosis' EL-014 is a stable Ba/F3 cell line expressing EGFR with the exon 19 deletion del747-753InsS and the T790M mutation. This dual mutation is associated with resistance to first-generation EGFR TKIs like gefitinib and erlotinib. The cell line was generated using an MSCV-IRES-EGFP retroviral construct, with GFP enabling efficient selection by FACS. Clones were validated by PCR sequencing and Western blot.
