Signosis EL-006 is an HCC827 stable cell line expressing EGFR with the exon 19 deletion (del746-750) and the T790M mutation. It was generated using an MSCV-IRES-EGFP retroviral construct with GFP for selection by FACS. Clones were validated by PCR sequencing and Western blot. This line supports studies of tumor susceptibility and screening of EGFR TKIs.
