Signosis EL-010 is a stable Ba/F3 cell line expressing EGFR with the A767_dupASV insertion in the loop following the αC helix of the kinase domain. This exon 20 duplication is commonly observed in clinical cases of NSCLC and is associated with resistance to some EGFR TKIs. The cell line was generated using an MSCV-IRES-EGFP retroviral construct, with GFP facilitating selection by FACS. Clones were validated by PCR sequencing and Western blot.
