Signosis' EL-011 is a stable Ba/F3 cell line expressing EGFR with the exon 19 deletion del747-753InsS. This in-frame deletion occurs near the ATP-binding site and is frequently observed in NSCLC patients. The cell line was generated using an MSCV-IRES-EGFP retroviral construct, with GFP fluorescence enabling selection by FACS. Clones were validated for EGFR authenticity and protein expression by PCR sequencing and Western blot.
