Principle
While traditional ELISA assays provide a convenient method for measuring proteins, they capture only a downstream snapshot of cellular events. To gain a deeper understanding of cellular behavior, it’s critical to monitor the entire signaling cascade—from upstream receptor activation to downstream gene expression.
Our Ready-to-Assay Pre-seeded Stable Cell Plates make this possible. Using proprietary technology, mammalian reporter cells—each stably expressing a pathway-specific luciferase reporter—are safely and securely seeded in every well. The plates are shipped at 4°C overnight, ensuring healthy, viable cells that are ready to use upon arrival—no culturing or plating experience required.
Each panel is designed to simultaneously analyze 8 key transcription factors involved in a specific biological process, such as metabolic regulation, oxidative stress, ER stress, inflammation, or cancer signaling.
