Signosis’ EGFR del19 (746–750) Ba/F3 cell line is a stable cell line expressing human EGFR harboring the exon 19 deletion (amino acids 746–750).
The cell line was generated by lentiviral transduction of Ba/F3 cells with a lentiviral construct encoding the EGFR del19 (746–750) mutant, together with GFP and a hygromycin-resistance marker. Stably transduced cells were selected based on hygromycin resistance and GFP expression, and positive clones were further validated by analysis of mutant EGFR protein expression.
