FOXH1 is a transcription factor in the Forkhead box family of proteins and plays a significant role in the regulation of mesodermal differentiation and embryonic development. The FOXH1 luciferase reporter vector is designed to study the transcriptional activity of FOXH1. The vector contains a FOXH1 DNA consensus binding site and TA minimal promoter upstream of a firefly luciferase reporter gene, which can specifically report FOXH1 activity while maintaining a low basal level of transcription. It also contains the Renilla Luciferase under the CMV promoter for data normalization.
