TAL1/TCF3 reporter vector is utilized for detecting TAL1/TCF3 (TAL bHLH transcription factor 1, erythroid differentiation factor/transcription factor 3) transactivation in a cell-based assay. The vector has been functionally validated in cells with high induction fold upon treatment. It also contains the Renilla Luciferase under the CMV promoter for data normalization.
