NRF1 reporter vector is utilized for detecting NRF1 (Nuclear respiratory factor 1) transactivation in a cell-based assay. The vector has been functionally validated in cells with high induction fold upon treatment. It also contains the Renilla Luciferase under the CMV promoter for data normalization.
