CBF reporter vector is utilized for detecting CBF (CCAAT binding protein, zeta) transactivation in a cell-based assay. The vector has been functionally validated in cells with high induction fold upon treatment.  The vector contains an CBF DNA consensus binding site and TA minimal promoter upstream of a firefly luciferase reporter gene, which can specifically report CBF activity while maintaining a low basal level of transcription. It also contains the Renilla Luciferase under the CMV promoter for data normalization
