Forkhead box F2 (FOXF2) is a transcription factor that is involved in the regulation of various cellular processes, including differentiation, development, and cell fate determination. The FOXF2 luciferase reporter vector is designed to study the transcriptional activity of FOXF2. The vector contains a FOXF2 DNA consensus binding site and TA minimal promoter upstream of a firefly luciferase reporter gene, which can specifically report FOXF2 activity while maintaining a low basal level of transcription. It also contains the Renilla Luciferase under the CMV promoter for data normalization.
