RREB1 reporter vector is utilized for detecting RREB1 (Ras responsive element binding protein 1) transactivation in a cell-based assay. The vector has been functionally validated in cells with high induction fold upon treatment. It also contains the Renilla Luciferase under the CMV promoter for data normalization.
