GILZ, or Glucocorticoid-induced leucine zipper, is a protein that regulates cell survival and inflammation, acting as a key mediator of the anti-inflammatory effects of glucocorticoid drugs. The GILZ Promoter luciferase reporter vector is designed for studying the regulation of GILZ. The vector contains the GILZ promoter region upstream of a firefly luciferase reporter gene, which can specifically report activity for GILZ activity.
