VEGFA, or vascular endothelial growth factor A, is a cytokine that stimulates the growth of new blood vessels (angiogenesis). The VEGFA Promoter luciferase reporter vector is designed for studying the regulation of VEGFA. The vector contains the VEGFA promoter region upstream of a firefly luciferase reporter gene, which can specifically report activity for VEGFA activity.
