ICAM1, or Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1, is a cell surface protein involved in cell adhesion and inflammation. The ICAM1 Promoter luciferase reporter vector is designed for studying the regulation of ICAM1. The vector contains the ICAM1 promoter region upstream of a firefly luciferase reporter gene, which can specifically report activity for ICAM1 activity.
