IL2, or Interleukin-2, is a cytokine that boosts the immune system by increasing the growth and activity of T lymphocytes and natural killer cells. The IL2 Promoter luciferase reporter vector is designed for studying the regulation of IL2. The vector contains the IL2 promoter region upstream of a firefly luciferase reporter gene, which can specifically report activity for IL2 activity.
