Lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1 (LEF1) is a transcription factor that plays an important role in Wnt/β-catenin signaling, a pathway involved in regulating cell fate, proliferation, differentiation, and stem cell maintenance. The LEF1 luciferase reporter vector is designed to study the transcriptional activity of LEF1. The vector contains an LEF1 DNA consensus binding site and TA minimal promoter upstream of a firefly luciferase reporter gene, which can specifically report LEF1 activity while maintaining a low basal level of transcription.

The inclusion of a neomycin resistance gene in the vector allows it to be used for stable cell line selection. In addition, the vector also has a GFP-tag which can be used to monitor transfection efficiency. A map of the vector can be found in the product's image gallery.
