MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are important to the regulation of gene expression. Profiling of miRNA expression is proving to be an efficient approach to discovering the association of miRNAs with a biological relevance and to identify the signature of miRNA expression in human diseases. Signosis’ miRNA array technology allows highly sensitive and discriminative profiling of miRNAs without pre-isolation of miRNA. In additon, Signosis' miRNA plate assays, northern blot assay kits, and luciferase reporter vectors provide assays to target individual miRNAs for expression, array validation, in vivo analysis, etc.

Cytokines and growth factors are essential molecules that play crucial roles in many biological functions, including viral infrection, inflammation, immunity, hematopoiesis, angiogenesis and proliferation. Measurement of multiple cytokines and growth factors at a same time provides an effective appraoch to uncover the mechanism underlying biological functions. Signosis developed a number of ELISA profiling strip kits for monitoring 8 cytokines or growth factors, which can be used for analyzing angiogenesis, inflammation, and obesity in human and mouse samples.
