Isoform-Specific NHR Reporter Stable Cell Lines

Signosis's Isoform-Specific NHR Reporter Stable Cell Lines leverage the GAL4 two-hybrid system by fusing the ligand-binding domain (LBD) of a specific NHR isoforms to the GAL4 DNA-binding domain. This design enables isoform-specific detection of receptor activation based on functional response,  allowing for precise, discriminative analysis of nuclear receptor activity

G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) Luciferase Reporter Cell Lines

Signosis’ GPCR luciferase reporter cell lines provide a sensitive and robust tool for monitoring GPCR activation through cAMP-mediated signaling pathways. Utilizing CRE-driven luciferase expression as a readout, these validated cell lines enable measurement of Gs-coupled receptor activity in response to ligand stimulation, ideal for drug screening and pathway analysis.

Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Mutation Cell Line Panels

Signosis offers BaF3 stable cell lines expressing specific mutant tyrosine kinases, including clinically relevant EGFR variants, validated for signaling studies and inhibitor screening. Our cell line panel includes other RTKs mutations such as HER2 and FLT3, as well as the non-receptor Tyrosine Kinase JAK2, expanding utility across multiple oncogenic pathways.

Parental Cell Lines

Signosis offers some of the parental (Host) cells used for generating stable cell lines. These cell lines can be used as a matched control for their related stable cell lines. All cell lines have been tested negative for mycoplasma.

Luciferase Substrate 

We offer highly sensitive, ready-to-use one-solution substrates for detecting Firefly, Renilla, and Gaussia luciferase. These substrates are extensively validated with our Luciferase Reporter Stable Cell Lines, reporter vectors, and other commercial systems using these luciferases.
