The cell line was generated by lentiviral transduction of Ba/F3 cells with a lentiviral construct encoding human HER2, enabling stable expression of the transfected gene and its corresponding protein. The resulting cell line can be used for investigating ErbB/HER signaling pathways and for screening or evaluating HER2-related drugs and compounds. Successful HER2 gene integration and protein expression were confirmed by molecular and protein-based analyses. The established cell line is mycoplasma-free and provides a stable lentiviral-transduced model for HER2-related research.
