The GAS/ISRE-Luc-Hyg Vector is designed to study the activation of GAS (Gamma-Activated Sequence) and ISRE (Interferon-Stimulated Response Element) pathways, which are critical for examining JAK-STAT signaling and interferon response in cells. It contains a luciferase reporter gene to quantify transcriptional activity and includes a hygromycin resistance gene for efficient stable cell line selection.
