They act as a sensor to monitor cellular change and convert the signals into altered gene expression. A specific TF is often regulated by multiple upstream proteins. Monitoring the activation of a TF is critical to uncovering the mechanism of signal pathways and cellular regulations.
Signosis allows you to select up to 8 TFs of your interest to create a customized filter plate assay to better suit your needs. To create a customized filter plate assay, you simply order the core kit and choose your own combination of TF probes of interest!
To perform the assay, a TF Filter Assay Kit and a probe are needed.
